For almost ten years, I have been wanting to incorporate meditation in my life. For whatever reason I never can consistently stick with it.
Oprah's "Next Chapter" show had an episode about transcendental meditation and all the effects of it. During the episode it showed several people that I respected that participated in this meditation which also sparked my interest. It was a very interesting episode to say the least.
